Return & Refund Policy

At BAER DISTRIBUTION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free return and refund experience. Please review our policy below for details on returns, replacements, and cancellations.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Note: Each order is eligible for only one return. Multiple return requests for the same order cannot be entertained. – What if the replaced item during return also has sizing issues.

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or final clearance sale items are non-returnable.

2. Return & Replacement:

  • If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incorrect-sized product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us via the email or phone number provided on our contact page.
  • Once the request is approved, we will schedule a pickup from the original delivery address.
  • The replacement will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Return & Refund:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase and prefer a refund over a replacement, you may request one by contacting us via the email or phone number listed on our contact page.
  • Refunds will be granted only if the product meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
