Impressive quality of materials.
I have been into barefoot / minimalist footwear for over 8 years now and it's been one of the best decisions of my life. It has always been difficult to get the right shoes, as the traditional shoes were never good enough. At times I used to even import minimalist shoes; but it was unsustainable - till I found Bear Shoes and boy! have I been happy with them.
In the short span of getting to know about Baer shoes, I already own 5-6 pairs and every one of them has been fantastic. I do want to highlight their customer service team too: extremely prompt with responses, size changes and also their quick delivery.
Overall, I cannot recommend Baer shoes enough, if you are looking for zero drop and wide toe box shoes in India.
Great barefoot shoes!!! Was looking for zero drop shoes which I can use for running. Hope Baer comes with all weather version and having more heel support for doing runs!!
Wanted to try them out because these are the only barefoot shoes in India with Vibram soles as of now.
Have used the shoes for close to a month now. The shoes are great. Love the wide toe-box and zero drop. There is very slight cushioning which I like (and prefer). Very comfortable. It has become my everyday all-purpose shoe for now - walking and going outside.
Build quality appears to be good.
This is like a boon in disguise. I am training for HYROX games and believe the grip that this shoe is providing me while sled push and walking lunges is awesome. I also use the same for long runs.
Looking forward for buying another shoes for trail running and trekking.
I love the width, the ground feel, the leather. The fit is true to size and in the initial few days, the quality feels amazing.
The support staff also was supportive and quick to respond.
I wish the inner sole were not that plush and cushiony, a thinner inner might give a more ground feel, however, for someone transitioning it might be perfect.
Finally found the perfect fair of walking shoes for holidays! I was tired of carrying my running shoes that didn’t work for my fancy outfits but were the only things that were comfortable for my wide feet. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and go very well with all my holiday outfits
I am so glad I found Baer India. I never knew about this brand before. My shoes are super comfortable and my entire feet feels free. The quality is top notch. Would love if you can design a style which is all weather too, something that can be worn in rain and can be washed easily. That would be fabulous. Something like a barefoot slipper perhaps or shoes that is water friendly.
I bought these when they were on sale. I really liked the fit and comfort, as it's my first foot shaped shoe. I also bought the Baer superstride for a formal shoe pair. These ticked all the boxes for me in terms of comfort and durability. The craftmanship is nice and it feels sturdy. The vibram sole adds to the durability. Although pricey for me, but comfort is unbeatable. Hope other brands also learn from these and release their own foot shaped shoes.
It's very comfortable for broad feet...true to the name..feels like one is walking without footwear. Hats off to German engineering..truly the best of what many of us have ever worn!!
